Meet the Team
Our team is comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds. Each brings a different set of skills to our team. We are organized in a horizontal management style so there are few official titles with an organizational hierarchy devoid of traditional top-down management.
Founder
Lillie Lavado
The Founder of our HardScrabble Solutions is none other than, Lillie Lavado. She also leads the UX & Web Design Team and hosts multiple community events.

Staff

Rob Hohman
Rob is our resident Tech Lead. Along with his daughter Merriweather, he can often be found sitting on the big blue couch in the mornings at HardScrabble HQ. He is a jack of all trades.
Interns
HardScrabble Solutions staffs a talented team of interns and helps each individual develop their professional capacities and portfolios. Our interns learn valuable lessons about the workplace cultures and enhance technical skills to take with them into the business world.

Jessica
Aroostook County native and 2015 graduate of Presque Isle High School. Currently, Jessica is in her third year at the University of Maine at Presque Isle and is working toward a degree in Business Administration, with Management and Leadership concentration. She is leading the way on our video production team working closely with other Marketing Interns. Jessica manages our YouTube channel and direct many of our live streams and videos. She is a go-getter and also works on the MSAD #1 School Farm.
